    Naomi K. Cohen, director of public/private partnerships for the National Center for Boundless Playgrounds, said there are 78 Boundless Playgrounds in 21 states, including 23 in Connecticut.The Killingly playground would be the first of its kind in northeastern Connecticut.Another 20 playgrounds are scheduled for construction in Michigan, she said.
