The first will be a very special demonstration of sushi making with my friend and past employer chef Jason Cohen.Jason, formerly of Grappa Restaurant in Maynard, now works at the Sole Proprietor as, you guessed it, the sushi chef.I was thrilled when he agreed to take time away from his busy schedule to make a fabulous sushi/sashimi meal for my friend Suzanne and me. So look for the show soon!!!

Our food service program made great strides this past year under the guidance of our new Director/Chef Jason Cohen.Participation by both students and staff is up significantly.Both groups have been raving about the quality and variety of offerings.He's planning some additional enhancements this year which I'm sure will be well received.
