  Associate Pastor - Alice Coder
  
  Alice, a native of North Carolina, has lived in Texas since graduating from Vanderbilt University in 1974.She was an active volunteer and ‘home executive' until answering a call to ordained ministry in 1998.While attending Perkins School of Theology she served as Adult Ministry Coordinator for First UMC Garland.After graduating in 2002, she served as Associate Pastor there which included Adult Ministry, teaching, preaching, pastoral care, and Stephen Ministries Leader.She was commissioned in 2004 and appointed to Arapaho UMC.
  
  Alice provides leadership for the Evangelism, Missions, Congregational Care, and Communications committees and also serves as teacher and preacher.Her passions in ministry include Bible study, spiritual formation, worship, and expanding the pastoral care ministries of the church.In addition she is a member of the Dismantling Racism Team of the North Texas Conference.
