Silvano was seconded in July 2005 to the ACPR for an Australasian Project involving "Reviewing the needs of Policing for the future".Silvano is currently employed as an Inspector within the South Australia Police and possess a degree in Social Science (Justice Administration).Silvano has 25 years experience in operational policing within the metropolitan and country areas and spent 3 years tutoring at the South Australia Police College.
