A.O. Clemons, Jr., has joined Consonus as vice president of sales for application services and will oversee the Company's rapidly growing hosting and managed hosting services and application delivery service sales.Clemons most recently was vice president of worldwide sales for ABC Technologies, a provider of activity-based costing and performance management applications located in Portland, Ore. He contributed to the Company's annual sales growth of $ 8 million for total sales of $ 28 million and helped build an international sales force.

Previously he was a business development advisor with Sales and Marketing Interim Management and senior vice president of sales and strategic relationships for CFI ProServices, a financial industry software company.Additionally, he held several management positions with ISC Systems Corporation, also a financial software company.He holds a law degree from Gonzaga University, where he graduated magna cum laude, and a BA in economics from Washington State University.

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- Alterna Technologies Group Inc., a provider of online finance services, said it has appointed A.O. "J.R." Clemons, Jr. as vice president, global sales.

Before joining Alterna, Mr. Clemons served as vice president, sales at Consonus, an infrastructure provider of data centers and monitored applications.He has also served as vice president, worldwide sales for ABC Technologies.
