  Jim Claus is Executive Vice President of Tishman Hotel Corporation which specializes in Hotel Property Management, Asset Management, Advisory Services, Real Estate Finance and Development and Hospitality Marketing.THC currently serves as Property Manager or Asset Manager for over 9,500 hotel rooms across the U.S. and in the Caribbean and provides ownership advisory services to numerous wide-ranging hotel properties.
  
  Since 1991 Jim has been responsible for hotel operations and marketing for various hotels in Tishman's owned and asset management portfolio.His previous positions, comprising 17 years with Hilton Hotels Corporation include Vice President and General Manager of the Palmer House in Chicago, General Manager of the Hilton at Walt Disney World Village in Florida, and General Manager of the Portland Hilton in Oregon.
  
  A graduate of Iowa State University, he has achieved the American Hotel & Motel Association's CHA designation and is a member of New York University's Center for hospitality Industry Studies Board of Advisors.He is a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau and is also a member of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association, The Economic Club of Chicago and the Waldorf Astoria Distinguished Alumni.
