Mr. Claus is an experienced financial executive and entrepreneur.He held the position of Chief Financial Officer in Denny's, Inc. and was also Chief Financial Officer for another publicly traded company in the Seattle, Washington area.In 1988, Mr. Claus was part of a team that acquired a multi-million dollar retail food business from Campbell Soup Co.He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of that company until its sale in 1996.Since then, Mr. Claus has been a partner in Adamowski & Claus, investing in and consulting to businesses in a number of industries, including Internet, biotechnology, food manufacturing and retail.Mr. Claus is a graduate of Wheaton College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.Mr. Claus holds the company offices of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
