HONG KONG, Dec 28 (Reuters) - China's top foreign investment banking joint venture, China International Capital Corp Ltd (CICC), said on Friday chief executive officer Peter Clarke has resigned for personal reasons.
CICC did not name his successor in a brief statement.
"While his experience and leadership will be greatly missed, we fully respect his decision," said Wang Xuebing, chairman of CICC and president of China Construction Bank.

Its business includes investment banking, sales and trading, and research.
