    In her role as vice-president, Ms. Kitchen Clarke will be responsible for ensuring that the strategic plan is current and continually refined. She will develop a performance measurement framework ensuring that performance measures are in place and results are reported. She will also develop and implement a stakeholder engagement and communication plan.
