William Clark, founder and CEO of AeroQuest, applauded the mayor's efforts, saying, "I enthusiastically endorse Mayor Horne's re-election.Because of his long-term relationship with the aviation industry, he instantly recognized the value our project will bring to Mesquite in terms of job creation, economic benefit and business diversity.

"There is no doubt about his dedication to the orderly growth of Mesquite," Clark said in his March 19 endorsement letter.

Nevada Concerned Citizens also backs the mayor for re-election.

"It appeared to us that he is standing up for the voters.He's fighting for the citizens and is willing to take the heat.
