William Clark William Clark (Posthumous) - Bill Clark was a graduate of Ball Township High School, a 4-H leader and a farmer in the Chatham area for many years. He was a member of the Ball Chatham School Board from 1956-72, serving as chairman for seven years. In Ball Township, he was a past clerk and supervisor. In the early 1970s, he was a Sangamon County Board member, chairman of the finance committee and a member of the road and bridge committee. He was the chairman of the building committee at the Sugar Creek United Methodist Church, a charter member of the Chatham Kiwanis Club and the George F. Hixon Fellow in 1997. -
