Wendy Clark Assistant Pastry Chef - She received her culinary and baking education from New Hampshire College (Southern New Hampshire University) She was the recipient of the Culinarian of the Year award, given to a student who has shown outstanding interest and leadership qualities in the culinary program. Upon receipt of her Associates degree, she continued on at New Hampshire College to complete her Bachelors degree in Restaurant Management.
