   James Ostrowski better known as Duffen is recognized in the United States and United Kingdom for his close up magic and his famous association with David Hockney, who painted him several times, and did extensive photo work of him for a 1989 Vogue Paris issue. i.e. (The steering wheel)- Hollywood sign hitchhiker- Duffen is well known in magic circles and the music industry after befriending Andy Bell and Vince Clark of the music group ERASURE.
