  Broadway fans will heavily debate a jazz lounge take on "Fable," the soaring soprano ballad sung by Victoria Clark, the actress who played O'Hara's mother in "The Light in the Piazza."It's a terrific idea and it's a terrific song, but out of the context of the show it doesn't quite work.There's all these long held out notes that work as acting moments but not as cool jazz runs.Strangely enough, Ms. Clark's debut CD "Fifteen Seconds of Grace" falls prey to many of the same problems "Wonder in the World" has.
