   Irving, TX- IMCO Recycling Inc. announced that Tobin Clark has joined the company as senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
   
   Mr. Clark was previously general counsel for Ascension Capital Group, Arlington, Texas.
   
   Earlier in his career, he worked 12 years for American Airlines, Inc., Fort Worth, where he became senior attorney and assistant corporate sec-retary. In that position Mr. Clark had significant responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, international business transactions, outsourcing contracts and technology licensing and software development agreements. In addition, he was lead attorney for the AAdvantage program.

Earlier in his career, he worked for 12 years for American Airlines, Inc., Fort Worth, where he became senior attorney and assistant corporate secretary. In that position Mr. Clark had significant responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, strategic joint ventures, international business transactions, outsourcing contracts and technology licensing and software development agreements. In addition, he was lead attorney for the AAdvantage program. Mr. Clark also served as an attorney with major law firms in Texas and Alabama and is a member of the Texas and Alabama Bar Associations. He is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Alabama and also received a J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.
