   Former Moyston man Thomas Clark has just graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in England as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Adjutant General's Corp.
   
   Tom is the son of Jennifer and John Clark of the Gumnut Holiday Camp at Moyston, who attended the passing out parade along with Tom's sister Anthea and wife Cate.

   Thomas has been assigned to the Argyll and Sutherlanders in Canterbury for two years.
   
   Thomas' mother Jennifer said the one year course at Sandhurst is particularly gruelling and many drop out.
   
   Prior to attending Sandhurst, Thomas was in the Grenadier Guards band for four years, as well as travelling around Europe and working at the Halls Gap Tavern.
   
   An accomplished musician, Thomas played tuba and flute with the Ararat City Band, Stawell Brass Band and Ararat Community College Band.
