   As PeakStar's resident visionary, Mr. Clark draws on more than 25 years of direct experience in construction, architecture, and information management technologies. During the 1980s he owned and operated THC Construction in Arizona, where he became fluent in the use of computers to handle accounting, design and property information. In 1990 Tom joined Neeley Lofrano & Associates/ASG, the leading company then developing an integrated architectural/engineering software application designed to work with AutoCAD. That application was the first used to support a wide range of needs during a property's project development phase. During this time, Tom was also involved in the development and implementation of the information standards used in the industry today. Tom's specialties have been integrating cross-disciplinary information and management of dynamic information, which has led to his being further involved as a contributing partner in the development of revised CSI Building Standards. His background in these areas sparked the vision to create the advanced property management systems embodied in Groundline, which is the foundation for PeakStar.
