President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Clark completed his undergraduate and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degrees at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.He completed a one-year medical internship at Oklahoma State University followed by two years of private veterinary practice.Dr. Clark also earned a Ph.D. in biomedical science at Auburn University and held the post of professor of pharmacology.He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Clinical Pharmacology.Before founding Procyon, Dr. Clark participated in private pharmaceutical research for over 10 years at both Pfizer Animal Health and Eli Lilly and Company where he focused on the development of companion animal pharmaceuticals.
