    Susan F. Clark, former Chairman of the Florida Public Service Commission, served as Commissioner since 1991.Before serving as Commissioner, Ms. Clark served as general counsel to the Commission for three years, supervising a team of 27 attorneys.

    As Florida Public Service Commissioner, Ms. Clark oversaw the regulation of the state's investor-owned utility companies.She has an in-depth knowledge of all issues relating to the regulation of electricity, water and wastewater, telecommunications and gas, including economics, accounting, engineering, finance, natural resource conservation and energy.In addition, she has extensive experience in appellate and legislative practice.

    Ms. Clark's other government service includes working as an attorney with the Florida Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and the Florida Senate Legislative Services.

    Ms. Clark's professional associations include Electric Power Research Institute Advisory Counsel (Member) ; Consortium for Electric Reliability Technology Solutions (Member ; Board of Directors) ; Mary Brogan Museum of Art and Science (Member ; Board of Directors).
