Steve Clark joins Colliers International after five years at Devcon Construction as a Project Engineer and Project Manager.While at Devcon, Steve developed and honed his skills of managing construction budgets, schedules, subcontractors and more importantly owner and tenant expectations.

Prior to working at Devcon, Steve earned a BS in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2000.While attending Cal Poly, Steve spent his summers successfully knocking on doors in the Midwest working for the Southwestern Company selling reference books to families.He finished college with just under $100K saved and irreplaceable sales training.

Steve brings to Colliers a unique understanding of construction and extensive experience interacting with owners, developers and tenants.Combining his construction knowledge and previous sales success, Steve looks forward to becoming a valuable part of the Colliers Team.

Steve is anxious to learn from the best in the business at Colliers, and will be mentoring under the tutelage of Matt Arya and James Kaye.
