   Mr. Clark is a Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager with over 20 years experience in designing, developing and consulting with HVAC systems. Mr. Clark has engineered projects up to 1/2 million square feet throughout the US and Canada. His engineering awards include First Place for Commercial Buildings (1994) from ASHRAE, and 1 of 3 finalists for the Canada Energy Awards. Mr. Clark and Montana Power Company developed and patented (U.S. Patent No. 5,183,102), a heating and air conditioning system, as the Integrated Piping System Technology. Mr. Clark founded Energy Engineering, Inc. in 1991, and including the exclusive license for the Patent Technology, became Ultimate Comfort Systems, Inc. in December 2000, a wholly owned company of PowerCold Corporation. Mr. Clark is a graduate (1980) of Montana State University in Mechanical Engineering and a graduate from Trane's HVAC Postgraduate School.
