   Steve Clark Pollution Prevention Program Director Steve has been involved with the Community Hazardous Waste Collection Center since 1997. He began as a technician collecting and packaging hazardous waste, and now works at CEC's headquarters managing the overall program - providing technical assistance to households and businesses, coordinating promotional campaigns and ensuring that the program is running safely and efficiently. Steve also provides oversight on various used oil recycling grants and is involved with other projects focused on pollution prevention. He holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
