Services for Lancaster civic and business leader Stanley David Clark will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Byrum Funeral Home Chapel, 425 N. Dallas Ave. in Lancaster. Burial will immediately follow at Edgewood Cemetery in Lancaster.
Mr. Clark, 90, died Sunday at his Lancaster home.
He served on the Lancaster City Council and the city's Planning and Zoning Commission. He was a volunteer firefighter, serving as fire chief twice. He was president of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce in the 1960s, and also served on the chamber's board of directors.
"He always loved Lancaster and didn't want to live anywhere else," said his wife, Ruth Goodman Clark of Lancaster. -
