   SHARON RODGERS CLARK NAMED TOWERS PERRIN MANAGING DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE MARKETING
   
   NEW YORK, NY, JANUARY 11, 2001 - Sharon Rodgers Clark has joined Towers Perrin as the firm's Managing Director of Corporate Marketing. She succeeds Eric Burrows, who recently returned to London to become a business management leader for the firm's line of business dedicated to People Performance Solutions.

   Clark comes to Towers Perrin from KPMG Consulting Inc., a technology consulting company, where she spent the last two years as National Director of Marketing, responsible for the company's Internet consulting practice. Previously, she worked for Massachusetts-based Marcam Solutions as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. She also held several key positions at IBM Corporation, where she formerly served as Director of Marketing. An alumna of Michigan State University, Clark earned a B.A. degree in Communications.
