    Ryan Clark of Quality Bike Shop was stopped by law enforcement Wednesday evening after leaving the OVV-EDT "Meet and Greet", which was hosted at Los Toribio restaurant downtown Owensboro on Wednesday.

    At the scene, Ryan was searched, and was found to have in his possession a suspicious "Barely Legal" bicycle frame be to ridden by the Ohio Valley Velo-Elite Development Cycling team. The frame was a Cannondale CAAD8 Optimo frame. According to Law enforcement, they had been tipped off that Ryan was carrying the race weapon, by an outside source thought to be "another regional racing" team. Ryan was questioned for a few hours on how he acquired the racing bicycle frame. Ryan told the authorities that the bike shop in which he is part owner of, Quality Bike Shop, had teamed up with the bicycle manufacture Cannondale to help support OVV-EDT in 2006. "We just wanted to be involved," said Clark.
