Ron Clark has overall responsibility for the company's day to day business and software development efforts.

Mr. Clark has over 35 years of increasing technical management leadership.He is an innovator whose technical vision is integrated with solid project and business management skills.Mr. Clark has a track record of on-time, on-budget successes on large efforts involving multidisciplinary teams.He has managed large teams responsible for requirements analysis, application development, system acceptance testing, deployment, Configuration Management, database administration, and server administration.Mr. Clark's customer interface responsibilities have included: task order preparation, schedule status reporting, Earned Value reporting, issue management, Change Control Board management, budget and actual expenditure reconciliation, and staffing negotiation responsibilities.He is an active advocate of the full Life Cycle Methodology of software development, including system integration and testing.His professional career has included projects with the Department of Defense, civilian Federal agencies, and commercial arenas.

Mr. Clark has a B.S. in Physics and a Masters in Administration.
