Dr. Robert W. Clark began his career with Dauphin County Technical School as Assistant Director in August of 1993. He served in that position for the past eight years and as of July 2001 was appointed as the Administrative Director. Dr. Clark received his Bachelors degree in 1983 and his Masters degree in 1987 from North Carolina State University. He received his Doctorate from Pennsylvania State University in August of 1993 as well as his Vocational Administrative certification and Superintendents certification.
