   Robert B. Clark ROBERT B. CLARK, 88, of Madison and retired chief executive officer of Hoffmann-LaRoche, Nutley, on Dec. 2 at home. Joined Roche in May 1968, became chief executive officer in 1971 and retired in 1980. Previously, he had been a senior vice president of the Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical Company and president of Warner-Chilcott Laboratories Division, both of Morris Plains. Before that, he had been a patent attorney. Member American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education, Pharmaceutical Manufacturers Association Foundation, the Fidelity Union Bancorporation', the World Rehabilitation Fund, the Interpace Corporation, New Jersey College Fund. Association, National Council on Crime and Delinquency, Mental Health Association of Essex County, New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Clara Maass Medical Center, Morristown Memorial Hospital and the Joint Council on Economic Education. Former member of World Rehabilitation Fund Board of Directors.

   ROBERT BICKERTON CLARK '34cl, S.M. '35, died December 2 in Madison, N.J. He was retired chief executive officer of Hoffmann-LaRoche Inc. and previously served as senior vice president of Warner-Lambert Pharmaceutical Co. and president of its Warner-Chilcott Laboratories Division. A former chairman of the Pharmaceuticals Manufacturers Association and a leader in New Jersey community affairs, he was a strong supporter of higher education, chairing the boards of trustees of Ramapo College and Drew University. He also served on the board of directors of the World Rehabilitation Fund, which established programs to rehabilitate disabled people in developing countries and train physicians in techniques for their care.
