   "The Internet has been a godsend for us," says Richard Clark, president of Caribbean Villas and Resorts, based on St. John in the USVI. "Every one of our villas is a unique place, individually built and owned. To show them before, we had to print up a brochure for every home, and then if the owner remodeled, we were suddenly out of date. The Internet allows us to use updated pictures and include maps, points of interest, etc. It saves us so much time on the phone."
