   Mr. Clark is Ahura's CFO and brings more than thirty years of financial and operating experience to the Company having served as CFO for several venture capital backed entrepreneurial businesses primarily in high tech, biotech, and consumer products. His background includes discrete manufacturing experience in regulated and non-regulated environments as well as extensive design and implementation of scalable processes, systems infrastructure, P&L management tools, and business development models. He has negotiated several purchases and dispositions of divisions, subsidiaries or parent corporations as well as helped raise more than $100 million in private debt, equity, and IPO proceeds. Mr. Clark received his BBA from Northeastern University, his MBA from the University of Wisconsin and began his career as a practicing CPA in the state of Massachusetts.
