Board President Dr. Richard Clark led premiere flight and ribbon-cutting ceremonies January 31 near the District's headquarters. Forrest General Hospital Vice President of Medical Affairs Dr. Bill Peters and CEO Wade N. Spruill, Jr., of SEMAAD – known statewide as Rescue 7 – joined Clark for the inaugural fly-in.
