Rich Clark, athletic director and girls' basketball coach at Randolph Southern, said he thought Wednesday would be the earliest the tournament could start.
School personnel today will consider the best way to reschedule the tournament.
"We'll look at two or three different options and see what is most acceptable," Clark said. "We'd like to get this in and over with as soon as possible and not have it drag on for two more weeks."
Regardless of the option, schools will have to reschedule games and might have to cancel games altogether.
One option Clark isn't fond of is playing games away from Randolph Southern, the designated host school for this year's tournament.
