   Rex began his career as a driver. Board of Directors Mr. Rex Clark is MV's Director of Information Technologies. As Director, Rex supervises both MV's corporate IT staff as well as our team of "Roaming IT Experts" who set up, troubleshoot and implement any technology required of our operations.
   
   Throughout his career, Rex has received various awards and certifications, including Trapeze IS Manager of the Year and several IT Commendations from the Santa Cruz Metro Commission.
   
   Rex has written several proprietary reporting and payroll database management systems to support our divisions and corporate systems. Additionally, he developed MV's in-house manual-assist software that we utilize in many of our paratransit operations.
   
   Rex began his career as a Fixed Route Driver for the Santa Cruz Metropolitan Transit District. Since joining MV in 2001, Mr. Clark has brought a wealth of IT knowledge to support our clients and operations including: Fixed Route and Paratransit software management and dispatch systems, database management, Mobile Data Terminals, Interactive Voice Response Systems, network administration, software systems training and system integrity and security.
