   Reuben Clark practices in the firm's business section and handles complex commercial real estate matters, primarily in the development, finance and leasing areas. Apart from representing private developers and companies in private sector activity, he has substantial experience representing non-profit organizations in public/private ventures.
   
   He has over 26 years of experience as a lawyer, and before coming to North Carolina in 1988, practiced in both Delaware and Pennsylvania where he is also licensed.
   
   Reuben is A-V-rated by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is also named in the Best Lawyers in America 2003-2004 and 2005-2006 editions, as well as in Chambers USA (America's Leading Lawyers For Business), 2005 edition.
   
   He is active on the Board of the Southern African Legal Services Foundation which since 1978 has provided critical monetary support for law reform in Southern Africa, including South Africa and Zimbabwe. The Foundation was the brainchild of the Ford Foundation and implemented by the firm of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering. Reuben is also a Director of the Triangle Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, and serves on its finance committee. He is also the past president of the Edenton Street United Methodist Church Building Endowment, a nonprofit corporation which manages a significant building endowment for the Church.
