Randall L. Clark is an associate in the firm's business department.He is resident in the firm's San Diego office and has been with the firm since March 1998.

Mr. Clark practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance and general corporate representation of emerging technology companies.Mr. Clark represents both privately-held and public companies in the information technology and life science industries in a wide range of transactions, including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions and technology licensing.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clark was an associate at Morrison & Foerster in Los Angeles, California.Mr. Clark received his J.D., with honors, from Duke University School of Law in 1994.He completed a bachelor's degree, summa cum laude, in Accounting at Pepperdine University in 1991.

Mr. Clark is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the San Diego Bar Association.

Ground was broken on July 15th for this new multi-purpose 4500 sq. ft. complex with local member Randy Clark of Clark Architecture and Design handling the architectural aspect with HIEB Constructors, LLC of Hutchinson taking on the task of constructing this new structure.An expanded member service area with provisions for a full time receptionist has been added inside.The addition of four new drive-up lanes with the last one dedicated to a full service drive-up ATM will enhance quicker service outside for members on-the-go!Proposed completion date is set for 12/31/02 which allows GPFCU to provide a new beginning in 2003 for all its existing members while hopefully attracting new ones looking for ease and efficiency with their financial provider.

Randy Clark has been involved in the NLGLA board since 2002, when he joined the NLGLA board as the affiliate representative from San Diego's Tom Homann Law Association.He went on to serve as secretary and a member of the NLGLA Executive Committee and is now leading the local host committee for Lavender Law 2005 to be held in San Diego.A native Californian, Randy graduated from Pepperdine University followed by Duke University School of Law and returned to California and started practicing with Morrison & Foerster in Los Angeles.He is now Senior Corporate Counsel at Sempra Energy.Randy lives in San Diego, California with his partner Michael, who is a senior analyst at Biogen Idec Pharmaceuticals, and will be welcoming the arrival of twins in late June.
