   Whitright is a native Coloradan , so it was a homecoming when he brought the company to the Springs in 1995 from Dallas. From its humble beginnings in a garage to a 46 , 000-square-foot building that houses 60 employees and millions of dollars worth of equipment , Whitright has made a pretty solid home for himself. Wybron is a national and international authority in stage lighting , and its presence is felt in all phases of the entertainment industry.
   
   Las Vegas casinos and hotels , such as the MGM Grand , The Mirage and the Monte Carlo , have radiated magical lighting shows because of Wybron's color changers , or Colorams. Theater productions from Cats to Hair to Phantom of the Opera have benefited from Whitright's Colorams. Theme parks , including Disneyland , Euro-Disney , and Sea World use the Colorams to light up their productions.
