   After graduation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Peter D. Clark sailed seven years on U.S. flag vessels, including tankers, and is a licensed Chief Engineer.Mr. Clark graduated St. John's University School of Law and holds a Master's Degree in international law from New York University.He is admitted to the courts of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, District of Columbia, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of International Trade.Mr. Clark's areas of specialty are shipbuilding contracts and ship repair disputes, bulk oil transportation, marine insurance, general average and salvage.He also has litigation experience in major maritime cases and charter party arbitrations.From 1989-1997 he authored the Sea Law column for the Journal of Commerce.Mr. Clark is currently Chairman of the Admiralty and Maritime Committee, Commercial and Federal Litigation Section, New York State Bar Association.He is Past President of the New York Kings Point Alumni Association and President of the Propeller Club of New York.Professional memberships include: The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, The Society of Port Engineers and The Institute of Marine Engineers.Mr. Clark also serves as a maritime arbitrator.

   Dr. Peter Clark has worked for the Australian Defence Science and Technology Organisation for almost twenty years.He is a Senior Research Scientist with DSTO's Air Operations Division, specialising in simulation research, with an emphasis on Human-in-the-Loop simulation, intelligent computer-generated forces, and the technologies associated with Advanced Distributed Simulation.Dr. Clark has held the appointment of Australian Co-chairman of the International Simulation Advisory Group (ISAG) since 1997.
