Peter is the firmwide Head of the Commercial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Group. Peter has been selected for inclusion in the 2007 edition of The Best Lawyers in America, in the specialties of Bankruptcy and Creditor-Debtor Rights. In 2007, he was selected as one of America's Leading Bankruptcy Lawyers by Chambers USA ("Peter was singled out as brilliant for really sophisticated matters") and by Legal 500 ("Peter achieves extremely positive results in very difficult bankruptcy cases"), and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Law & Politics (only five percent of Pennsylvania lawyers were selected).
