   Paul Clark founded the firm Clark & Elbing along with Karen Elbing in 1996.

   Previously Paul practiced law at Fish & Richardson P.C., as an Associate from 1979 to 1986, and as a Partner from 1986 to 1996. His practice involves advising clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical areas on complex intellectual property matters, as well as prosecuting patent applications, licensing, interference practice, re-examination practice, and the preparation of patentability, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions.
