   Paul Clark is a highly qualified and experienced will writer, estate planner and independent financial advisor. He holds a BSc (Hons) in business studies and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. As an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, he is also a chartered insurance practitioner. He belongs to the Institute of Financial Services-CE map, and the Personal Finance Society.
   
   Paul began his career in personal finance with Scottish Life Assurance and has been an independent financial advisor since 1998.

   Liebherr-Rental, the new UK rental company for Liebherr specialist earthmoving and materials handling equipment has appointed Paul Clark general manager - managing director designate. He joined the company on 1st October.
   
   Clark joins Liebherr from Demarec UK where he was general manager. He is a member of the Institute of Quarrying and the Chartered Institute of Waste Management.
