Trout Run Conference Center LLC, an investment group for a Korean Baptist church, signed over the deed to the 85.25-acre property Thursday to Paul Clark, the former owner.
The Korean Baptist church had wanted to use the property as a children's retreat.Clark liked that idea.
"I may try to find another church group that would use the property for a children's camp, but that's a long shot," Clark said.
The property could be subdivided or could be sold as a conservation area, he said.

The investment group put down $500,000 and borrowed $1.5 million from Clark.
Trout Run paid $115,000 a year in interest for two years, but stopped making payments five months ago.
Clark planned the foreclosure auction when Trout Run was unable to find additional money to complete the transaction.
Had the property been auctioned, Trout Run would have been responsible for the difference between the $1.5 million it owed Clark and the auction sale price, he said.
The foreclosure cost Clark $26,500 in transfer costs, legal fees, a $500 fee to the auctioneer, and newspaper advertising costs, he said.
If the property had been sold at auction, Clark expected to be the buyer.
In that event, Clark would have had to pay the auctioneer 2 percent of the sale price, or $30,000 if the price had been $1.5 million, he said
Clark estimates he may have to hold the property two to five years before a resale. The property features a four-bedroom, two-bath home; two, two-bedroom cabins, and three, one-bedroom cabins.
"I'm getting rent from the five cabins and am in the process of re-renting the house," he said."The income will enable me to maintain the property."
Clark has been maintaining the property and paying property taxes throughout proceedings.
