   Paul currently leads CRI's Development team in securing development opportunities in the market via direct acquisitions and joint venture opportunities.
   
   Paul brings a wide range of national and international experience to CRI, incorporating a diverse range of property developments. He is experienced in property development management, network planning (investment and divestment), project management, facilities management, design and construction and retail management.
   
   Since joining CRI, Paul has focused on commercial, industrial and retail property development opportunities in Sydney and in other major cities, including the completion of a $11.4 million head office and diagnostics centre for Dorevitch Pathology, a subsidiary of the Mayne Group, and the Talavera Corporate Centre, a 41,000m2 campus-style business park development in North Ryde.
   
   Paul has been working with CRI since 2000, and prior to joining the company was the Network Development and Engineering Manager for Caltex Australia . In this role, Paul managed the $600 million retail property portfolio of 900 sites and the associated development programme for the Marketing Division, as well as the support functions of engineering and environment, health and safety. Paul also held other senior positions with Caltex in Australia and overseas, over a number of years.
