   Paul Clark, a DataEase developer and consultant who's been using Sapphire's products since the days of Datamaster over 20 years ago, was the first developer to update and release a vertical application in DataEase 6 - the Health & Safety Risks Assessment System. Paul, who runs his own business in Sheffield, UK, believes: "DataEase is a fabulous RAD (Rapid Application Development) tool" and that DataEase 6 "will help users produce more professional looking and flexible systems". Paul's "Health and Safety Risks Assessment" was first created using DFW 5.5 bus was upgraded to DataEase 6 to include the new features and a more professional user interface. Paul wrote his vertical application to fulfill the needs of businesses which have to conform to Health and Safety Risk Assessment requirements by providing evidence that any risks have been identified and actions taken.
