Paul Clark graduated with honors from the University of Texas in 1974 with a BA in Political Science and from SMU Law School in 1977.He practiced law in Dallas for four years before returning to Wichita Falls to work in the oil business.He is owner and president of Clark Operating, Inc.He is married to Libby Bolin Clark, and they have three children.Bo, Will, and Betsy have all graduated from the University of Texas, the family's alma mater.

Bobby and Paul have worked with national clients such as Wal-Mart, Starbucks, Lowe's, Best Buy, Circuit City, Check 'N Go, Johnny Carino's Italian Restaurant, Wingstop, Big 5 Sports, Petco, and Office Depot, just to name a few.

The developer is SCS Capital Group of Dallas, and Bobby Schaaf and Paul Clark of Domain Real Estate are the property managers.

But that was early on, said Paul Clark, broker at Schaaf and Clark Commercial Real Estate Brokers.

"The interest level has been about like what you'd expect for the type of big building," he said.

Part of the reason is just set-up.

"It's just the way that it's built," he said, alluding to rooms that are too small to be classrooms."It's designed to be a nursing home."

The asking price is $1.2 million.There's no timetable for a sale, Clark said.

"Based on the activity we saw in the fourth quarter, I'm not surprised by the increase in building permits," said Paul Clark, co-owner of Schaaf and Clark Commercial Real Estate Brokers.

"We're growing, but slowly," he said.

The Crescent Plaza apartment complex, at 4600 Old Jacksboro Highway, is just one of many projects that Schaaf and Clark have been part of that displays their committed assurance.

Developers of the new clinic Bobby Schaaf, Paul Clark of Domain Real Estate and Braxton Neiman are all optimistic about the continuous growth on Kell West, Schaaf said.
