   Roanoke, VA - Dick Nelms, president of the Richmond, Hampton Roads and Southwest Virginia Region of Long & Foster Real Estate, Inc. has announced the appointment of Pat Clark to regional vice president of Long & Foster's Southwest Virginia Region.

Prior to joining Long & Foster she was president of Savage & Company in Richmond and has been an active participant in the Richmond Association of Realtors®. She has been recognized during her 33-year career for numerous contributions and dedication to the industry.

Savage Community Leadership Award by the Chesterfield Business Council/Richmond Metro Chamber of Commerce. Clark anticipates being as active here as she has been in Richmond. Clark replaces Tim Garrison, who will join Boone Homes, Inc. as the marketing director for Boone's Roanoke & Richmond regions.
