Mrs Nora Clark It was with sadness that we heard of the passing to the higher life of Mrs Nora Clark on July 14th 2005. For many years Nora had acted as our deputy organist and had been invited to the Leeds Sanctuary to play the organ for Sunday and weekday Services and the Christmas Eve Service.
Nora had led a very full life to the age of 90 years, a birthday she celebrated a few weeks ago with her daughter and son-in-law and close relations. Her love of music and her knowledge of many types of music gave her much pleasure. Nora played the piano to accompany her Father , a professional singer, in her younger days and later in life she played for the Halcyon Club, accompanied a music group, played for a dancing school and church services. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
