   Nila Clark began her career in real estate in 1986 in Huntington, WV while attending Marshall University. She was affiliated with an independent company and subsequently became an agent with Better Homes and Gardens, the largest firm in the area. In 1997, Nila moved to Century 21, where she remained until 1999. In mid-1999, Nila decided to pursue her interest in real estate appraisal. She finished at the top of her class at the Lincoln Graduate Center Real Estate Appraiser Series in July of 1999, and until 2001 was Vice President of Watts Appraisal Service. Also in 1999, Nila founded Beacon Mortgage Company in Huntington, WV, and in 2001 she was offered a position in Virginia Beach, VA as a Branch Manager with Carteret Mortgage Corporation. In 2003 Nila joined forces with Chriss Uptegrove and Chriss Properties, a diversified multi-state company with a variety of residential and commercial ventures in numerous locales.

   Currently, Nila also handles property management duties for the company, rounding out her real estate repertoire with the addition of these valuable services.
