   Mike Clark is the driving force behind the successful and growing management division of Alpha-Barnes Real Estate Services. Through Mike's respected reputation by, and impressive knowledge of, the management industry, the Alpha-Barnes management portfolio has quadrupled since the Alpha Management/Barnes Real Estate Services merger in 2000.
   
   Mike is the former president of Alpha Management and the owner of the parent corporation, M-DC Properties, Inc. Prior to the formation of M-DC Properties, Inc. and its acquisition of Alpha Management, Mike was the president of Trans-Cities Property Management, a 10,000+ unit third party management firm headquartered in Dallas.
   
   Mike's earlier experience includes creating and developing Clark Property Services, Inc., which eventually merged into Trans-Cities Property Management, and serving as president of ISC Properties, a Dallas-based developer / management firm.
   
   During the period from 1980 to 1984, Mike served in various senior positions at the Housing Authority of the City of Dallas, Texas. During the mid to late 1970's, he was employed by Quadel Consulting Corporation and served as a trainer providing housing management training to groups throughout the United States.
