   Clark appointed the director of annual support, College Fund
   
   Mary Dawne Clark has been named the new director of annual support and at the university and The College Fund in University Advancement.
   
   Clark joined the university in 1999 as a major gifts officer for the university's current capital campaign. She was named director of development for the Calloway School of Business and Accountancy in 2002.
   
   Clark earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the university in 1983. Before becoming involved with the university, she worked in banking for 17 years. Clark is a Statesville native and resident.
