(IDAHO FALLS, ID) -Edge Wireless, LLC, has named Martin Clark as the new area manager in Idaho Falls. Bringing nearly two decades of wireless experience to his new post, Mr. Clark is excited to offer his expertise to the Edge Wireless team in eastern Idaho and western Wyoming. "I grew up in the country and spent many years ranching, so I feel right at home in the rural setting here," Clark says. "This area invigorates me, and I am happy to be working for a company that serves local communities so well."

In his new position, Mr. Clark manages eastern Idaho and western Wyoming for Edge Wireless. He works in the company's Idaho Falls office, where he directs local sales and customer service efforts throughout Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Rexburg, and Jackson, Wyoming.

Clark grew up in southern Utah, where he worked on the family ranch with his parents and two siblings. His experience on the ranch helped Clark develop an ambitious, hard-working attitude that has continued with him throughout the years. Clark earned a bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University in communications. Then, while working on his master's degree, Clark was approached to work with a new technology that would allow people to communicate via telephone while driving - the technology that has evolved into wireless communication.

Mr. Clark joined Randy Orison--now general manager of Edge's Idaho and Wyoming markets--to help launch Cellular One in Salt Lake City in 1986. Clark held various management positions with Cellular One, McCaw Cellular Communications and AT&T Wireless and Sprint PCS in the years that followed.

In August 2004, Clark joined his former partner Orison and the Edge Wireless team as an area manager. "I came to Edge Wireless because of my confidence in the company's management team, which is composed of some of the brightest minds in the wireless industry," he says. "I love the empowering culture of this company and the customer focus every employee represents."

Mr. Clark and his wife, Liz Aslett, an Idaho native and daughter of local businessman and author Don Aslett, have five children.
